Matt Tranguch is Chief Strategy Officer and active Managing Partner at PMG. Prior to co-founding PMG, Matt spent more than 15 years as a record-breaking sales and marketing executive and Senior Vice President at two different publicly-traded software companies. Matt has been internationally recognized for his ability to establish new markets and gain sustainable market share in North America and the Asian Pacific markets. He was a part of the team that pioneered several SaaS communication applications in the United States and is credited for developing the ‘Growology Sales Program’ and the ‘Undefeated Marketing Program’ which are currently used by more than 40 companies globally. A southeastern Pennsylvania native and graduate of West Chester University, Matt holds coaching, strategy, and design certifications from Dale Carnegie, Franklin Covey, LinkedIn, Wix, and the Google Marketing Partner Platform.

Matt Dunstan is the Head of Video and an active Managing Partner at PMG. Matty’s roots come from the music industry, leading him to work with celebrities like 2 Chainz, Caroline Wozniacki, David Bell, and Dan Levy. With a strong sense of direction and keen attention to detail, Matt and his team produce some of the most qualitative videos on the market.

Charles is the Head of Design and an active Managing Partner at Paperboy Media Group. With a burning passion and desire for the creative world, Chuck takes pride in complementing the client’s vision with an engaging and unique perspective. We’re still unaware if the creativity comes from a glass of whiskey, or the will and desire to create a better place.

An active Account Manager with great attention to detail, and a bubbly set of communication skills, Tara is the glue that holds this crew together. With the management of clients like GE, Toast Tab, Cryoskin, and many more, Tara finds the patience to do it all!

Have you ever met a Jack of all trades? This is our Jack, except we call him Izzy. Izzy is a man of sheer talent when it comes to any platform or piece of software. Along with his computer knowledge Izzy is hands on with video edits, design revisions, and much more. Oh, and be sure to subscribe to his twitch channel “Izzy on the Trizzy”.

Meet the man with the mullet. Mikey is a Video Producer and Lead of Operations. When it comes to digging in the dirt, building sets, or flying drones over city skylines, this is your GUY! Mike is a creative hound with the passion for any adventure thrown at him. He’s easily bribed with a good IPA and a couple truck snacks… classic Mikey.

Roger Dean, also known as “Photo Jesus”. Roger is an expert in his craft and a true wizard when It comes to lighting a set. You name the mood, he can capture it. Roger is patient and detail-oriented when it comes to editing photos. Capturing the client’s vision is always on the forefront of this man’s mind.

A man of true intensity and thunder. Ty is the rookie on our team, but surely doesn’t act like it. Ty is a recent graduate from Kutztown University, where he joined our team as an intern. I suppose he was good enough that we kept him around. This man has shown no fear when it comes to late nights in the studio and pumping out quality edits.

We couldn’t help but kidnap the former “President” of Kutztown’s top fraternity. Parker Atkinson is a hardworking, focused, and determined young man who only strives for greatness. On set Parker tunes in to each shot as he dials in his next moves to create the perfect edit.
